Ron London

RONALD S. LONDON has been in private practice since 1972 concentrating on providing planning services for successful businesses and individuals. This planning includes serving as general counsel to businesses, estate planning, business continuation planning, ESOPs (Ron founded the Minnesota Chapter of the ESOP Association in 1989), and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to going into private practice, Ron served as a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Minnesota Department of Revenue in connection with state and related federal tax issues.

Ron is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Federal District Court, and the State Courts of Minnesota. He earned his B. A. degree from Dartmouth College in 1967 and his J. D. degree from the University of Michigan in 1970.

Both Sue and Ron have spoken on their areas of practice to various professional and civic organizations, including lawyers, accountants, bankers, insurance agents and financial planners, stock brokers, and trade associations.

Susan Bullard

SUSAN F. BULLARD has been in private practice since 1990 and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business continuation planning, privately-owned businesses, partnerships and limited liability companies, and the general representation of successful businesses and individuals.

Susan is also licensed to practice law in Wisconsin where she represents many individuals and businesses. Many of her clients are individuals and businesses with assets and business interests in both Minnesota and Wisconsin

Prior to going into private practice, Susan was a prosecutor with the Minneapolis City Attorney and the Anoka County Attorney representing the City and the County in a variety of criminal and civil matters.

She is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Bankruptcy Court, the United States Tax Court, and the State Courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. She earned her B. A. degree from Hamline University in 1983 and her J. D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1986.
